Master Wu’s teachings have improved my life in profound ways and provided me with an experientially-grounded exploration of Chinese philosophy, symbolism, cosmology and medicine.

It took me a long time to decide which of Master Wu’s calligraphy I would hang in my meditation room. It was a difficult choice. They all have a powerful shamanic feel of primal simplicity, but also a lyrical elegance and sometimes a bit of whimsy.

The practices I have been taught by Master Wu have transformed me physically, emotionally and spiritually, and continue to do so. My life is immeasurably richer, and my understanding of the world enlarged through his wise teaching of this ancient Chinese wisdom.

After you have spent some time with Master Wu, you begin to realize that you are actually not in the presence of an ordinary person. As he shares and teaches, you begin to see a depth of knowledge that is uncommon even in the Qi communities he associates with. If you spend enough time with him, you will come to realize he is a rare and true man of wisdom. You see that his natural way with people, with changing environments and in diverse circumstances comes from his being in deep internal harmony with the Way known as “Tao.”
